2. AIM 2.0 SYSTEM RESEARCH STUDY: REQUEST FOR PARTICIPATION. From ARI:
“We are working with the U.S. Army Research Institute (ARI) to gather
information and feedback about the processes and usability of the AIM
2.0 Marketplace system in the Army Talent Alignment Process (ATAP)
marketplace. We are looking for officers who have recently participated
in the Marketplace, and who are willing to participate in an interview
(up to 60 minutes). The purpose of the interview is to gather
information on officers’ perceptions and feedback about the AIM 2.0
system and the Marketplace. Your experiences and feedback will help make
the system better for officers who will use the system in future

Deployment Team will share information about how brownout affects the HR
community, overview of cutover task, and set expectations for various
S-1 level pre-go live prep activities. HR Professionals, at all
