Part of this effort is to identify and reach out to those who have open/unresolved case(s) exceeding 30 days. When a Case is initiated by a Member, it is routed to that Members’ lowest level Provider Group. Cases are initially submitted as the HR Case and routed to the Members’ Battalion (BN) S1 Provider Group. HR Cases that cannot be resolved at the BN level can be escalated to the level of support that can resolve the issue.
