there a fitting role for a platoon sergeant, first line supervisor, or

c. ABSENCE- PARENTAL LEAVE. I have a solider who requesting for
parental leave next month. The Soldier's infant was born back in
January, so he's taking under the reason as "Prtl Next Increment" -
however after submitting a message appears stating as " You must
forecast this absence before submitting." Can someone please explain

d. HOW DO I SEE A SOLDIER'S PROMOTION STATUS IN IPPS-A? My
Commander recently approved the Semi-Centralized Board Proceedings in
IPPS-A and I want to confirm that it went through since this was our
first board process in IPPS-A. How can I as the HR PRO get visibility
that the Soldier was integrated? I pulled up the Soldier's PPW in the
Board Roster but it doesn't show fully eligible, or anything in the
