1. MILSUITE (AND THUS S1NET) MIGRATION TO cARMY CLOUD - PLANNED OUTAGE.  As part of milSuite's convergence into the Army Enterprise roadmap, the milSuite program will be migrating to cArmy Commercial Cloud starting 28 July @1500 EDT. What that means for S1NET members is S1NET, and all other milSuite communities, will be down during this migration. The milSuite team currently projects that the migration will be completed Saturday or Sunday, and milSuite will be back on line NLT 31 Jul 23. The 2025 Advanced Military Studies Program (AMSP) application period is open now. On 09 August 2023, 1530-1700 (CST), the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) will host an in person and virtual Information session for anyone interested in learning more about SAMS, AMSP, and the application process-no RSVP required. The SAMS director, COL Andy Morgado and the AMSP director Dr. Bruce Stanley will provide an overview of the course and answer any questions you may have. 5. (USAR) CY24 LTC TPU & AGR COMMAND BOARD. The most current list of vacancies for the CY24 LTC TPU and AGR Command Board is currently posted. Request widest dissemination and that leaders encourage all eligible officers to update their preferences. 6. (USAR) FY23 AR TPU MSG/1SG NCO EVALUATION BOARD RESULTS. Attached are the board results for the FY23 AR TPU MSG/1SG NCO Evaluation Board. The attached list consists of all Soldiers who were found Most Qualified (MQ) or Fully Qualified (FQ) by the evaluation board. MQ Soldiers are identified accordingly. The 88th Readiness Division will email evaluated NCOs their individual Order of Merit List (OML) number in the coming week(s). 7. IPPS-A ITEMS.      a. IPPS-A UPDATE, 20 JULY 2023: NEW LEADERSHIP, ENHANCEMENT UPGRADE AND WORKFLOW UPDATE. From COL Rebekah S. IPPS-A JOB AID: ABSENCE ANALYTICS. This Job Aid assists in orienting and executing in the Absence Analytics tile. The Absence Analytics tile is powered by Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), a comprehensive business intelligence and analytics platform that delivers a full range of capabilities. The Absence Analytics tile allows HR Professionals access to the “Data Warehouse” with the ability to capture a unit’s absence data on generally a six-hour delay. Essentially allowing HR Professionals transparency and oversight of their units’ personnel availability.      c. IPPS-A R3 ROLES AND PERMISSIONS TRAINING SERIES: PART I – 25 JULY 2023 (ACCESS REQUEST OVERVIEW). Attached at the following link is the CONOP for the IPPS-A R3 Roles and Permissions Training Series Part I – Access Request Overview. During Part I of the three-part series, the IPPS-A FMD Audit/Internal Controls team will familiarize users with IPPS-A roles and permissions, access to IPPS-A, navigation through IPPS-A, access request submissions from self-service, and access request submissions on-behalf of another user.      d. IPPS-A AUDIT AND INTERNAL CONTROLS SERIES: PART II – 24 JULY 2023 (REPORT REVIEW). Attached at the following link is the CONOP for the IPPS-A R3 Audit and Internal Controls live training Part II – Report Review. During Part II of the three-part series, the IPPS-A FMD Audit/Internal Controls team will familiarize users with a deep dive of Internal controls. It includes defining Internal Controls, criteria for Internal Controls, and examples of key Internal Controls. Additionally, there is a review of the Internal Controls, World Access Monitoring, Segregation of Duties, and Monitor Approvals reports.      e. IPPS-A KNOWN ISSUES, 20 JULY 2023. 8. IPPS-A QUESTIONS. (Please assist if you can.)      a. ADDING NEW DEPLOYMENTS. “Is anyone tracking how to update new deployment data for it to show on SM's STP?”      b. ABSENCE REQUIRES ADDITIONAL LEVEL OF APPROVAL. “Absence request for 109 days of Career Skills Program cannot be signed by first level supervisor (HR PRO/MNGR).  The first level supervisor can add another into the approver chain, but the HR PRO/ CDR isn't appearing as an option.  Which SUBCAT is required to approve his absence?”      c. AEA C / M. “When a Career Counselor processes a BAR to Reenlistment, we are supposed to change the AEA Code to C with a 180 day end date. I do not see the AEA C in any of the restrictions. Does anyone else know how to do that? When a Soldier is pending assignment processing in RETAIN, AEA M is put on their record, I am not sure if it is automatic or RRB Analyst adds the code, but I also do not see that in Appendix J of the IPPS-A user guide. Any hints where we can find these codes in the restrictions menu?” 9. Recently published Army Directives and All Army Activity (ALARACT) messages.
