5. IPPS-A QUESTIONS. (Please assist if you can.)

     a. ANYONE ELSE NOT ABLE TO PULL ANYONE IN THEIR T0 UICs? As of 17JUL23, we (and a few other BNs in the BDE) are unable to access almost anyone in our T0 UICs to process PARs, depart/arrive, or submit absence requests. I noticed when I try to upload a PAR for myself, IPPS-A tries to route it to Department ID that it no longer recognized. My current theory is that IPPS-A migrated a bunch of T0 UICs to a department ID but didn't migrate the Soldiers within the UIC with it.      b. HOW TO RESOLVE "XML IS INVALID" ERROR WHEN COMPLETING ACTIONS. Since the update this past weekend I have continuously received an "xml is invalid" error when trying to complete actions. This disrupts work significantly as it requires a full exit of the browser and a restart of the action that I began. There is no specific case when it occurs.      c. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CREATE AN ETS ROSTER LIKE THE OLD EMILPO 180 DAY ROSTER? I work at a MPD and used to track the installation's ETS roster using the 180 day and 24 month roster we used to get in eMILPO.
