Effective 01 April 2024, Regular Army (Component 1) Soldiers requesting a BAH/OHA/COLA waiver in accordance with AR 637-1, paragraph 7-20 and ALARACT 11-2022 will utilize the IPPS-A Admin Records Correction PAR, Other Type – Sensitive Action for consideration. Army National Guard Soldiers (Component 2), regardless of status, will continue to submit requests directly to National Guard Bureau (NGB) through email. d. MILPER MESSAGE 24-110, AWARD OF THE ARMY MEDICAL DEPARTMENT (AMEDD) “A” PROFICIENCY DESIGNATOR, ISSUED: [1 APR 24]. The Health Services Division (HSD), U. S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC), will convene the AMEDD “A” proficiency designator panel on 24-25 July 2024. This message solicits nominations and provides procedures for nominating, selecting, and awarding the AMEDD “A” proficiency designator. The Army Surgeon General (TSG) bestows the AMEDD “A” proficiency designator upon candidates who have attained full professional status and national prominence in their field. This designation recognizes the highest level of professional accomplishment within the AMEDD.

MILPER MESSAGE 24-111, FISCAL YEAR 2025 (FY25) ARMY COMPETITIVE CATEGORY (ACC) COLONEL (COL) AND LIEUTENANT COLONEL (LTC) CENTRALIZED SELECTION LIST (CSL) SLATE PRE-POSITION AND RELEASE, ISSUED: [1 APR 24]. My intent with this was not to have a document for 42A's/Admin, but for other NCO's to be able to help guide themselves, and their subordinates, on promotions.
