a. HOW TO REMOVE ETS DATE FROM OFFICER’S STP? What is the process for

b. HOW TO SYSTEMICALLY ALIGN UNIT THAT DIFFERS STRUCTURALLY FROM MTOE?
My unit structure is an MTOE however we have some “sections” where
soldiers are derived from each company. These sections are then
administratively controlled by a specific company. This makes
administrative coordination of the soldiers a nightmare. I was wondering
if there was any way to create any sub-units or derivative UICs or even
just an assigned/attached relationship in IPPSA so that these personnel
although have assigned billets (say from A co, B co, C co) can be
