From Army G-1:  The Director Military Personnel Management (DMPM) and the Deputy Surgeon General (DSG) invite you to attend the inaugural Army Medical Policy Symposium scheduled on 16-18 July 2024. This event will address a myriad of topics and opportunities to collaborate on current and emerging policies and initiatives across the enterprise related to medical administrative policies. The purpose of AMPS is to create a premier forum that convenes military medical professionals, personnel policymakers, and stakeholders to converge and deliberate on key issues shaping the landscape of Army medical policies. MILPER MESSAGE 24-176, AMENDMENT TO MILPER MESSAGE 23-522 ISSUED 26 DEC 23, SUBJECT: ANNOUNCEMENT OF BRANCH TRANSFER PROCESS FOR ARMY RESERVE ARMY MEDICAL DEPARTMENT (AMEDD) OFFICERS, ISSUED: [ 8 MAY 24]. Paragraph 4 of MILPER 23-522 is changed to read: e. AMEDD Officers are authorized to branch transfer to CM, LG, OD, QM and TC branches prior to meeting PME requirements. All other requests for branch transfer must meet the regulatory and training requirements prior to submitting request for branch transfer. This message describes the process to conduct the annual review of the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Brevet Critical Position List (CPL) between the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (AHRC) Temporary Brevet Promotion Program Manager and Army Commands (ACOMs), Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs), and Direct Reporting Units (DRUs) to validate the 551 critical positions on the currently approved Secretary of the Army (SECARMY) CPL.
