ALARACT 048/2024, THE ARMY PEOPLE SEMINAR FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2024–2025, DTG: R 031925Z JUL 24

Purpose: To announce the academic year 2024–2025 Army People Seminar and provide application instructions. This professional development seminar will institutionalize the principles of the Army People Strategy. The seminar will meet monthly beginning September 2024 for nine sessions (Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings) to educate high–potential officers, NCOs, Army Civilians, and future senior leaders in the art and science of Army Talent Management.
