This directive establishes Army policy for reporting to the Department of Defense (DoD) Deputy Inspector General for Diversity, Inclusion, and Extremism in the Military (DIG (DIEM)), through the Department of the Army Office of The Inspector General (OTIG), any allegation that a Soldier is engaged in a prohibited activity.
