1. ENHANCED ELECTRONIC UNIT COMMAND FINANCE REPORT (eUCFR).
From Director, Military Pay Division, TAGD: Effective 1 September, DFAS
will launch the enhanced electronic Unit Command Finance Report
(eUCFR). Historically, the Army has struggled with eUCFR certification
(only ~55% of units regularly certify their eUCFR), which leads to pay
problems in the field. This enhanced eUCFR is an attempt to improve the
certification experience for commanders. The enhanced eUCFR was tested
with over 100 AC units, and their input informed the development of this
tool. Certifying the eUCFR monthly and leveraging the Submitted
FIDS/TINs and Personnel Pay Mismatch Report, both in IPPS-A, will help
reduce Soldier pay issues, improve auditability, and set the conditions
for administering military pay through IPPS-A in the future. HRC will
