This message is to announce administrative changes to existing and
implementation of new personnel developmental skill identifiers (PDSI)
for officer, warrant officer, and enlisted service members certified in
specific cyber work roles at the basic, senior, and master skill level.
The intent is to track personnel certified in CYBERCOM/ARCYBER Joint
Qualification Records (JQR) to perform cyber work roles throughout the
Army, regardless of MOS/AOC.
