1.  This MILPER Message will expire 22 May 2026 or when superseded or rescinded.

Applicability. This MILPER message applies to semi-centralized promotion
cycle activities for all Active Component (AC) and U.S. Army Reserve
Active Guard Reserve (USAR AGR) and Individual Mobilization Augmentee
(IMA) enlisted Soldiers.
