a. MY ARMY POST APP. Last year, Soldier feedback helped us
develop user-friendly orders produced by IPPS-A. Orders now include the
official Army seal, code descriptions, a Soldier’s home of record
address (Hire/Accession Orders), and a My Army Post app QR code –
removing unnecessary administrative burdens for Soldiers. The My Army
Post app is an excellent resource for your PCSing Soldiers, as it puts
real-time information into their hands and keeps military communities
connected, a key part of readiness and resiliency. The app includes
real-time news, announcements, gate and facility information, hotlines,
and more.
b. IPPS-A PROMOTION CAPABILITIES. Encourage your Leaders to
familiarize themselves with the Promotion Recommended Roster (PRR) and
Promotion Consideration Roster (PCR) processes in IPPS-A. These
capabilities ensure we have a way to show when a Soldier’s points go
into effect; this is critical for a Member to track their promotion
potential. The Human Resources Command (HRC) Junior Enlisted Promotions
(PCR-PRR) Job Aid is attached with this post at the link above. Please
ensure your enlisted team members understand and use IPPS-A’s promotion
tracking functions.

2. IPPS-A BIRTH STATE DEFECT – PLEASE HELP! From the Army G-1
IPPS-A Team: Hoping to get some assistance with updating about 66
Members birth states in IPPS-A. We will be removing invalid birth state
codes within IPPS-A but in order to move forward with that update, we
need the Members with invalid codes to be corrected. Can I please get
POCs for the following PPAs so I can send each the list for their units
for corrections? Following are the PPAs that have Members with invalid
Birth States in IPPS-A: 1D, 3C, 3F, 3G, 4A, KG, KH, KJ, LA, LG, LK, LM,

PREVENTION AND RESPONSE PROGRAM, 18 JUN 25. This directive rescinds Army
Directive 2024-11 (Army Civilian Harassment Prevention and Response
Program), reissues and prescribes policy, establishes procedures, and
assigns responsibilities for the Army’s Civilian Harassment Prevention
and Response Program. The program provides an alternate means of
reporting and responding to allegations of harassing behavior that
detracts from an efficient workplace but does not necessarily involve an
Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaint or criminal allegation.
