 The following key dates have changed in paragraph 2: CSL webinar is 11
Jun 25; the OER Thru Date (Code 09) is 13 Oct 25; AMHRR updates must be
received by 31 Oct 25; and OERs/AERs must be received by 5 Nov 25.
These updated dates apply throughout the MILPER message.
