1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 30 April 2026.

A Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) Selection Board will
convene 09-13 June 2025 to consider officers and civilians for
assignment as part of the Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) Centralized
Selection List (CSL) command/key billet designated positions projected
for FY27. Eligible officers include Lieutenant Colonels (LTCs) and
promotable Majors (MAJs) in the Regular Army, United States Army Reserve
(USAR) Active Guard Reserve (AGR) and non-AGR Troop Program Unit (TPU)
& Individual Mobilized Augmentee (IMA), and Army National Guard of
the United States (ARNGUS) Title 10 AGR officers with dates of rank as
noted in paragraph 4.
a. In the event that FY25 LTC Promotion
Selection Board (PSB) results are not published prior to the FY27 AAC
CSL Board, all eligible officers for FY25 LTC PSBs will be considered as
eligible officers for the FY27 LTC/GS-14 CSL Board. Following FY25 LTC
PSB results publications, any officers not selected for promotion will
be removed from FY27 LTC/GS-14 CSL eligible population.
