BLUF:This message is to announce the Soldier Referral Program By-Name List for Early Promotion Advancement and the awarding of the Army Recruiting Ribbon for June 2024 as listed below. The Army Recruiting Ribbon has been updated under the Soldier’s Profile Management tab within IPPS-A. The issuance of wear memos will be sent to iPERMS.
