ELECTIONS ARE AVAILABLE). From the USARC G-1: The board roster has been
created in IPPS-A as of 26 April 2024. You can go in and update your
mileage and other preferences. Please ensure you do so prior to the May
slate (NLT 7 May 24) for aspiring SFC. Also, it is very important to
speak to your HR Professionals to ensure there are no remarks on the
board roster (i.e. Failed Civilian Education Code, CPMOS/PMOS error,
etc.) that make you show as ineligible and therefore not populating on
the Promotion Assignment Matching (PAM) dashboard. There are resolution

senior leaders of the Army in memory of LTG Maude who was the Army G1,
and the senior ranking officer killed, during the attack on the Pentagon

d. MILPER MESSAGE 24-157, AMENDMENT TO APPROVAL AUTHORITY TO AWARD MSM,
ARCOM AND AAM TO FOREIGN MILITARY PERSONNEL, ISSUED: [29 APR 2024].
This message announces a change to the authority to award the MSM,
ARCOM, and AAM to foreign military personnel assigned or attached to
Army commands in the rank comparable to COL (O-6) and below. Currently,
AR 600-8-22, dated 19 January 2024, Table 1-2 Note 3* reads ” This
includes Army unit commanders in the ranks of lieutenant general (LTG)
and above.” The rapid revision to AR 600-8-22, currently in staffing,
changes Note 3 to read: “Effective 1 September 2022, the ASA (M&RA)
authorized General Officers in Command positions to include HQDA
Principal Officials permanent awards approval authority to award the
MSM, ARCOM, and AAM to foreign military personnel assigned or attached
to the command in the rank comparable to COL (O-6) and below.” This
change is effective as of 1 Sep 22 and units can begin operating under
