1. This MILPER message rescinds reference C effective 3 April 2024 and will expire no later than 2 April 2025.
2. The
Secretary of the Army recently approved a significant change to the
Army structure which will impact multiple Military Occupational
Specialties (MOSs) over the next two fiscal years.
