Must be a current on-board AGR in the State of AZ within the grade(s) of E8 and E8.
AREA OF CONSIDERATION: This position is open to current AGR members of the Arizona Army National Guard in the grades of: E8. In order to be considered for this position’s applicants must meet minimum qualifications as outlined on this announcement.

- Copy of Soldier Talent Profile (STP)
- Provide copies of last 3 OERS/NCOERS (if unable to provide requested documentation, include MFR to address discrepancies)
- Provide copy of Individual Medical Readiness Record (MEDPROS). PHA must have been completed within 15 months.
- Current ACFT or AFT; ATIS screenshot or DA Form 705. Profiles must be attached, if applicable
- Proof of meeting body composition standards IAW AR 600-9 (within 6 months.) ATIS printout can be used. (DA Form 5500/5501, if applicable.)
POSITION COMPATIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The individual(s) must be a member of the Arizona ARMY National Guard, already be an AGR, and qualify for and be placed in the following compatible MOS: 15Z
MINIMUM APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 15Z qualified.
- Must possess a SECRET clearance
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
Serves as the Battalion Commander’s advisor on matters of training. Provide USR to Higher Headquarters. Distributes MTOEs sent from G3 to units within the battalion. Maintain all training support materials; provides assistance/guidance in the preparation and execution of battalion training; access, track, and maintain with (but not limited to): DTMS, RCAS, DTS, MOBCOP, DAMPS, and ATRRS. Prepare memorandums and transmittal letters to support office. Maintain all training support materials, conduct preparatory visits to training sites ensuring availability of ranges, sites, equipment; maintain qualification training programs; performs other duties as assigned.
