1. (ARNG) IPPS-A DATA PREPAREDNESS GUIDE (ARNG DATA CORRECTNESS). From the IPPS-A Team: Prior to IPPS-A Release 3 it is important to ensure that data in the existing database (Release 2) is correct and up-to-date for our National Guard partners. To ensure IPPS-A is loaded with the most accurate data, we will need the G1/S1s to work with your Soldiers and leaders ensuring that the system reflects our formations. 2. UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE (UofL) EDUCATION OPPORTUNITY. From the AG Proponent:  HR Professionals, A new opportunity from the UofL is being offered to all Adjutant General School (AGS) NCO graduates to apply for a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning (B.S. OLL).  Approved applicants will be awarded up to 48 credit hours for their successful completion of AGS courses and a reduced tuition rate of $250 per credit hour for the remaining required credits to achieve the B.S. 3. POSTAL SUPERVISOR (F4) COURSE PREREQUISITE. From the AG Proponent: On behalf of the postal school, this is a reminder that Soldiers must meet the following Postal Supervisor (F4) course prerequisite prior to reporting.  Soldiers E5 thru E9 must be graduates of the Postal Operations (F5) course and/or awarded the appropriate ASI. The F5 enlisted ASI is required for enlisted personnel across all Army components.  Soldiers who report and do not meet the prerequisite will be promptly returned to their unit.  Note: Commissioned and Warrant Officers are not required to attend the Postal Operations (F5) course prior to attending the Postal Supervisor (F4) course; although it is highly recommended.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-912161

     a. SENIOR LEADER ASSESSMENT OF POST EOD LOG C3 STUDENTS. From the Army Logistics University: The Captain Career Training Department (CCTD) at the Army Logistics University is looking for feedback from the force.  All former and current EOD Group and Battalion Commanders, XO's, and S3s are requested to fill out a brief 17 question survey, informing the CCTD how Captains are performing in the operational force post-EOD Logistics Captain Career Course.  The survey can be accessed at https://www.milsuite.mil/survey/index.php/724652.      b. FORSCOM G-1S DECEMBER 2020 RECOGNITION ROLL. FORSCOM G-1, AG, HR Training and Assessment Team monitors HR metrics to review Essential Personnel Services (EPS) performance level. Five Divisions and five major subordinate commands from FORSCOM achieved above 99.86% in DD93s and above 99.93% in SGLIs compliance. Congratulations to 20th CBRNE, for having the lowest percentage of errors (3%) in the entire command in the DQAR category. This message updates and clarifies the procedures for High School Senior Stabilizations. This is a Soldier-initiated action intended to stabilize the family member during the junior and senior year of high school.  The Soldier may be required to travel on temporary duty (TDY) or temporary change of station (TCS) away from home station to participate in combat, operational deployments, training exercises, or for personnel management and professional development reasons.  This includes dependent-restricted or “all others” one year tour assignments.  Soldiers are still eligible for reassignment before the start of the student’s junior year. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-911783
