 1. FRAGO 1 TO HQDA EXORD 222-20 OFFICER ATTENDANCE TO CAPTAIN CAREER COURSES (FOUO), DTG: 292109Z DEC 20. Due to the current COVID 19 environment, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) gained approval to conduct CCC in a temporary duty (TDY) status for classes that start from 01 March 2021 through 31 May 2021. All officers identified to attend CCC with start dates from 01 January 2021 through 28 February 2021 will attend in permanent change of station (PCS) status. 2. ATTENTION MSGs (COMPO 2 AND 3) AND SFCs (ALL COMPOS) - NCO JOINT EDUCATION OPPORTUNITY (MLC EQUIVALENT) UPDATE. There were over 500 SFCs across the three Army Components who competed for one of five slots for Class 21C (13 Jan 21- 18 Feb 21).  Three were selected from COMPO 1, and one each from COMPO 2 & 3 respectively. SFCs who were selected for attendance to ASFNCOA-ALE will receive an email NLT 8 Jan 2021, privately notifying them of their selection. SM’s leadership will also be included in the email. 3. (USAR) GUIDANCE TO CONSOLIDATED EXCEPTIONS TO POLICY CONCERNING ENLISTED PROMOTIONS DURING THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) OUTBREAK FOR TROOP PROGRAM UNIT (TPU) SOLDIERS UPDATE, 30 DEC 20. This guidance is applicable to U.S. Army Reserve Troop Program Unit (TPU) Soldiers and is in effect until further notice, not to exceed 7 Dec 21.
