1. TAG SENDS - IPPS-A PODCAST. From COL Mike Minaudo, Deputy, The Adjutant General: As we draw closer to IPPS-A Release 3 (R3) we need your assistance to ensure our HR community continues to prepare for the transformation. I highly encourage you to maximize training and discussion opportunities within your formations.  One such opportunity is listening to the IPPS-A Podcast series.  The next Podcast is scheduled to be released this Friday (26 Feb 2021) at 1000 EST.  In this episode BG Rampy and COL Johnson discuss the partnership between IPPS-A and HRC.  The session provides a look into how the Army is preparing to transition from legacy HR systems to IPPS-A. 4. USE A REFOCUSING ROUTINE TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT’S MOST IMPORTANT NOW. From the Army Resilience Directorate: Stress is entirely normal and finds its way into everyday life. All of the five pillars of wellness—physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and Family—can be affected if an individual fails to compartmentalize stress to the area of life it comes from. Take control by identifying What’s Important Now to be present-minded and task-focused, rather than being consumed by stress and wasting critical energy. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-938908
