 1. NEW DA SECRETARIAT (NCO EVALUATION BOARD) TOPIC ON S1NET.  The DA Secretariat has the mission of conducting all centralized AC and RC Officer and NCO boards for the Army. The DA Secretariat has established a new topic on S1NET to provide information to the field and answer questions regarding the NCO Evaluation Board process (SSG-CSM) and the My Board File application. The two following products have been posted.      c. 196TH INFANTRY BRIGADE, FORT SHAFTER, HAWAII, IS SEEKING TALENT FOR THE 22-01 CYCLE AND ENLISTED VACANCIES. We are a Training Support Brigade to all Army Reserve and Army National Guard forces in the Indo-Pacific. Additionally, we execute CTC-Like exercises for BCTs in Hawaii, Alaska and Washington. AFRRI-a unique national asset- is responsible for preserving and protecting the health and performance of U.S. military personnel operating in potential radiologically contaminated multi-domain conventional or hybrid battle spaces and urban environments. From the CSA:  It is with deep regret that the Acting Secretary of the Army and I inform you of the death of General William G. T. Tuttle, United States Army, Retired. He passed away on 9 November 2020 at the age of 84 in Fairfax, Virginia.
