Corps Proponent: The Best CBRN Warrior Competition is a competition that
gives recognition of excellence to the best CBRN Warrior Team of the US
Army Chemical Corps.  The competition’s objectives are to promote
esprit-de-corps, to instill pride in the Corps, and to reinforce
essential elements of mission readiness, discipline, and individual

BONUS (AVB) PROGRAM (CUI), DTG: R 271735Z OCT 21. This message announces
personnel eligibility requirements for the FY 2022 AVB Program. This
program is essential to retain rated Aviators critical to the success of
the Army’s mission. The rated Aviator inventory will be reviewed each
quarter and the AVB Program will be adjusted to meet the needs of the
Army. Effective immediately, the AVB is payable to regular component
Aviation warrant officers who execute a written agreement to remain on
active duty in Aviation service and who meet the general eligibility
criteria listed in paragraph 4, and the specific program eligibility
