MOBILIZATION AUGMENTEE (IMA) SSG EVALUATION BOARD RESULTS. An
alphabetical listing of all NCOs found Most/Fully Qualified (MQ/FQ) by
the board will be posted to the HRC website on 20 May 2024. This OML
informs promotion selection beginning with the July 2024 promotion
month. Because not all SSG on the OML are immediately eligible for
promotion selection, the list includes the earliest date an NCO is
otherwise eligible for promotion selection. This date is the first date
an NCO meets the minimum eligibility criteria (time in grade and time in
service) for promotion to Sergeant First Class (SFC) provided they are
otherwise fully qualified, and a requirement exists. All NCOs evaluated
by this board (MQ, FQ, NFQ and NFQ-R) will be able to view their
individual OML standing in the Army Career Tracker (ACT). The OML
standing informs each member of their individual ranking compared to the
number of records in their Career Progression Military Occupational
