BLUF: Mandatory Department of the Army (DA) promotion selection boards will convene on or about 22 Apr 24, to consider eligible APL First Lieutenants (1LT) on the Reserve Active Status List (RASL) for promotion to Captain (CPT). The board will recess on or about 3 May 24.
