1. AG COMMANDANT SENDS, JULY 2024. From COL Chesley D. Thigpen,
Chief AG Corps/AG School Commandant: “Greetings from Famously Hot
South Carolina. As summer continues, there are several items that are
hot on the plate for the Adjutant General School. The top priority is to
first recognize everyone involved in making another great AG Week just a
few short weeks ago. This collaboration of critical thinkers throughout
our Corps continues to be a world class event and we were able to come
away with some recommendations and ideas that will carry forward into
the coming months and years as we prepare to meet the demands of our
future Army. This work continues and is linked directly to the
implementation of our AG Corps Strategy. This past April our AG Corps
Strategy reached the three-year mark and progress continues in the
implementation of that strategy with the guidelines and metrics
published in 2022. Action officer leads will update the AGBOD at the
upcoming Army Personnel Synchronization Conference in August. Our AG
community should stay current on the strategy implementation and how it
shapes and informs the Army HR at the enterprise level. To review the
current strategy, the field can find the document attached (at the
following link).” Visit the following link for the entire “Commandant
Sends”. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-1333603
