The FY25 Regular Army (RA)/United States Army Reserve (USAR) Active Guard Reserve (AGR) Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) SSG Evaluation Board evaluated all noncommissioned officers (NCOs) in the zone of consideration IAW reference D. An alphabetical listing of all NCOs found Most/Fully Qualified (MQ/FQ) by the board will be posted to the Human Resources Command (HRC) website for commanders, Soldiers, and human resource users to download on 20 May 2025. This OML informs promotion selection beginning with the July 2025 promotion month. HRC website is the primary resource for retrieving this information. NCOs established as Not Fully Qualified/Not Fully Qualified for Retention (NFQ/NFQ-R) by the board will not be included in this listing. All NCOs established as MQ will be distinctly annotated on the list.
