1. This MILPER message will expire one year from today.
2. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has awarded the Joint Meritorious Unit Award (JMUA) to Headquarters, United States Transportation Command, to include the Joint Transportation Reserve Unit, and the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command, for exceptionally meritorious service during the period 16 October 2021 to 01 October 2024. Service units and individuals assigned to Service units in support of these organizations are not eligible for this award.
