1. This MILPER will expire no later than (NLT) 1 year after publishing.
2. Paragraph 4 is amended to add:
a. All positions that have not been utilized in at least three years (six brevet cycles) must be re-validated each year until they are utilized. Upon utilization the position will not have to be re-validated as long as it is filled. If the position is vacant for three years (six brevet cycles) after a utilization it must be re-validated. This process will continue annually. This applies to all positions that have reached their legal brevet limit or will meet their legal brevet limit with nominations.
