1.  This MILPER message expires no later than (NLT) 18 June 2026.

2.  This message announces a major change to the Army’s process to identify officers for attendance at ILE, and every officer should understand their ramifications. Officers must opt into consideration for attendance at ILE. Any officer who does not opt in will not be considered. See paragraph 4 below.
