The transfer of commissioned officers serving on the active-duty list
(ADL) of a uniformed service component of the United States to the ADL
of another; this includes the U.S. Space Force (USSF), the U.S. Coast
Guard (USCG), the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS) Commissioned Corps,
and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
Commissioned Corps.
