1.  This MILPER message is effective upon release and expires no later than 1 July 2027.


2.  The FA49 KNB LTC Selection Panel convened on 22 July 2025. FA49 KNB slating concluded on 1 August 2025. This message announces the validated FY26 and FY27 FA49 LTC KNB slate. The following officers were selected as KNB principals.
