1.  This MILPER message will expire 30 September 2026.


2.  The policy extension outlined in Reference A applies to Soldiers of the Regular Army, the Army National Guard (ARNG)/Army National Guard of the United States (ARNGUS) and United States Army Reserve (USAR) serving on Active Guard Reserve (AGR) tours, or on active service orders. The procedures outlined below apply only to Soldiers of the Regular Army.
