will review current promotion lists and sequence numbers to determine
individuals eligible for promotion in January. If the S-1 identifies an
officer who is not eligible for promotion (e.g., flagged or separated)
but receives a promotion order or an Officer who is eligible and did not
receive an order, contact HRC, Officer Promotions List Management.
