MILPER Number: 26-002 Amendment to MILPER 25-281 Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Center of Excellence (NCOLCoE) and the Sergeants Major Academy (SGM-A) Fellowship Program Cohort 12

1.  This message will expire no later than (NLT) 1 December 2026.


2.  Paragraph 2 is amended to read: The FY26 Sergeants Major Academy (SGM-A) Fellowship Program Cohort 12 Selection Panel will convene 23-27 February 2026 at Fort Bliss, Texas to identify the best qualified list for final selection of Fellows. Packets must be received by the selection panel, approved through the appropriate processes described in this MILPER, to be considered by the panel, NLT 20 February 2026, and 14 August 2025 for ARNG and USAR. The deadline for Regular Army personnel is extended to NLT 20 February 2026. The deadline for ARNG and USAR personnel is not extended.
