Purpose: This message announces the official name change of the Army Credentialing and Continuing Education Services (ACCESS) to the Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) in conjunction with the organizational realignment from the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) to the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC), effective immediately.
