2. ELIGIBILITY:
This message applies to select Active Component (AC) leaders in the
ranks of O2 and O3 who are within one year of completing their service
obligation and are currently in good standing (Not be pending any
adverse actions, not at risk for promotion or passed over for
promotion). Leaders who are pending separation (e.g., medical or
retirement) from the military are not eligible to participate in this
coaching opportunity.
