1. This MILPER message will expire 3 February 2027.
2. The
selected individuals identified in paragraph 3 have been chosen to
participate in an attribute-based assessment panel at Fort Knox, KY,
between 19-25 March 2026. Following the completion of this assessment, a
subsequent selection panel will identify those individuals deemed to be
the “best fit” for 420T Talent Acquisition Technician. Those selected
will attend Warrant Officer Candidate School (WOCS) (if applicable)
between May and July 2026, followed by 420T Warrant Officer Basic Course
starting September 2026. Upon successful completion, they will be
awarded the 420T MOS and managed as 420Ts.
