1.  This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 2 Mar 27.

2.  Policy:

a. MILPER Messages 26-037 and 26-063 in reference M and reference N are revoked and this message replaces both. 

b. Mandatory Department of the Army (DA) promotion selection boards will consider eligible Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Captains (CPT) on the Reserve Active Status List (RASL) for promotion to Major (MAJ).
