1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 30 Mar 27.

2. Policy:

a. The selection board will convene on or about 22 Jun 26 to consider eligible Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) on the Active Duty List (ADL) for promotion to COL.  The board will recess on or about 26 Jun 26.  Officers eligible for consideration have the following grade entry dates (GED):
