In accordance with (IAW) references E and I, a Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) noncommissioned officer (NCO) evaluation board is scheduled to convene at the DA Secretariat (DAS), Fort Knox, KY, on 12 August 2026, to evaluate records of Regular Army (RA) and United States Army Reserve (USAR) Active Guard Reserve (AGR) and Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) NCOs.
a. This message contains information pertaining to Command Sergeants Major (CSM), Sergeants Major (SGM), and graduate/students of the Sergeants Major Academy (SGM-A), Class 77 and earlier.
b. A separate message will be published pertaining to all NCOs subject to the Qualitative Management Program (QMP).
