1. Effective 1 April 2026, this MILPER establishes In/Out calls for
the USAR AGR program and will expire no later than 30 June 2026.

General: This message is used for USAR Active Guard Reserve (AGR)
reclassification purposes in conjunction with above references. In/Out
calls are changed as needed based on the strength of the military
occupational specialty (MOS) and are posted on the first week of each
quarter to the USAR AGR Talent Management Division (TMD) website at https://www.hrc.army.mil/content/AGR%20Talent%20Management%20Division%20Landing%20Page.
a. The In/Out call data maintained by HRC takes precedence when a discrepancy exists between current data and posted data.
b.
AGR Enlisted reclassification packets will be accepted during the first
month of the quarter following the publication of the in-out calls to
the TMD website.
c. Requests to be reclassified to 79V and 42T will not be limited to the first month of the quarter.
