1. This message rescinds MILPER Messages 25-224 and 25-243 and will
expire NLT one year from date of issue or until references E. and F. are
updated during the next regularly scheduled review, whichever occurs
first.

2. The purpose of this message is to inform leaders
and rating officials of entry requirements for a record fitness test on
evaluation reports with an annotated “Thru Date” of 1 June 2025 and
later.
