1. This MILPER message is effective upon release and expires 30 April 2027.
2. This
message provides procedural guidance for United States Army Reserve
(USAR) Troop Program Unit, Individual Mobilization Augmentee, and
Individual Ready Reserve (TPU, IMA, IRR) officers to apply for accession
into the Army Acquisition Corps (FA51). This does not apply to USAR
Active Guard Reserve (AGR) officers. This message supersedes all
previous instructions for the accession of USAR TPU, IMA, and IRR
officers into the U.S. Army Reserve Acquisition Corps.
