This message supplements reference e. and provides entitlement guidance to Soldiers placed on an awaiting transportation status due to the delay of movement to the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) area of responsibility (AOR). This message applies to Active Army (AA), U.S. Army National Guard (USARNG), and U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) on active duty. The term “Soldier” is applicable to both enlisted and officer personnel unless otherwise specified.
