This message is to announce the extension of the Soldier Referral
Program (SRP) Pilot. The SRP Pilot, which was set to expire on 27
February 2026 is now extended to 17 March 2027. All other aspects of
the guidance provided in reference to e. above are extended for 12
months from the date of this memorandum. This extension will enable
recruiters to leverage valuable leads while lending the necessary time
for this process to be incorporated in the Army Regulation revision
process.
