This message announces the eligibility criteria for the FY27 USAR
GOAAB and the FY27 USAR GOVPB scheduled to convene on or about 16 Nov
26. This message establishes procedures for applicants and includes
file preparation formats and suspense dates for submission of required
documents. Applicants who do not comply with the established suspense
dates and procedures will become ineligible for consideration. This is
an opt-in board. All eligible officers who wish to be considered must
complete the application process as specified in paragraph 12.
