The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has awarded the Joint
Meritorious Unit Award (JMUA) to Headquarters, United States Central
Command, to include Headquarters, Special Operations Command Central,
Headquarters, Combined Joint Task Force Operation INHERENT RESOLVE, and
Headquarters, Special Operations Joint Task Force-Central, for
exceptionally meritorious service during the period 12 June 2025 to 24
June 2025. This award is for the headquarters only. Service units and
individuals assigned to Service units in support of these organizations
are not eligible for this award.
